Clubs & Societies Day 2021 is taking place on Wednesday the 13th October at the Marquee in the car park behind An Dánlann building from 10.00am to 1.30pm.
This is the opportunity for YOU, the student, to come along and sign up to a wide range of sporting, cultural, social, recreational and areas of interest clubs/societies. LYIT has lots of Clubs and Societies to choose from so there is sure to be one to suit you!
Getting involved in a club/society will enhance your student experience here at LYIT by giving you the chance to make new friendships, take part in exciting new activities and to lead or volunteer.
Additionally, if you wish to set up a new Club/Society or re-register an existing one, call over to An Dánlann and speak to Josephine Wilson the SU General Manager, where you can book a table and collect an application pack. Tables must be booked and application packs must be collected by 12 noon on Thursday the 7th October at the latest. The SU office is located upstairs in the An Dánlann building and we encourage anyone who is thinking of setting up a club/society to call over as we will be happy to answer any questions you have and provide you with any advice needed.
Applications can be collected at the office between the following times:
- 9.30am – 10.30am
- 11.15am – 12.45pm
- 3pm – 4.00pm
